A Shopify + QuickBooks operating system for billiards, vending, amusement, and payment-system businesses.

Brofessional is the workflow layer. It connects a public website, customer intake, vendor data, quote requests, invoices, deposits, payment paths, QuickBooks accounting, and operator follow-up into one cleaner system.

This is the first working prototype for Brian and Jim. The goal is to show the path, confirm the business logic, and turn the first build into a repeatable B4Systems offer.

What This Becomes

Not a brochure site. Not a random spreadsheet. Not another disconnected invoice tool.

How We Tackle It

  1. Confirm the business structure: Cash Cow, BarZcash, Jim, Brian, products, services, and payment-system role.
  2. Map the money flow: quote, deposit, invoice, payment, fulfillment, accounting.
  3. Build the vendor data model: capture records, mark source, verify status, keep clean import rules.
  4. Design the customer intake: what a buyer asks for and what the team needs to quote.
  5. Choose the system path: QuickBooks-first, Shopify/custom-first, or hybrid.
  6. Prototype the workflow: working page, working sheet, sample records, sample quote path.
