Return and Refund Policy

Ben Brown Big Bear provides creative systems, consulting, website, SEO, Shopify, commerce, AI, content, brand direction, digital audit, and implementation services.

Because most work is custom, strategic, digital, or service-based, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, access has been provided, planning has begun, a consultation has been completed, or a project slot has been reserved.

Digital System Audits, consulting sessions, strategy work, project planning, AI workflow planning, website reviews, SEO reviews, and custom build work are not physical products and cannot be returned.

Deposits, retainers, setup fees, audit fees, discovery fees, and custom project payments are non-refundable unless Ben Brown Big Bear agrees otherwise in writing.

If a project needs to be rescheduled, paused, or adjusted, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to apply paid amounts toward revised work when appropriate.

If a billing error occurs, or if you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at ben@benbrownbigbear.com within 7 days of payment.
